Senator Alan Peter Cayetano asked the media outlets during his opening speech in the Senate Inquiry on Monday why they didn’t created a kill list during the past administration.
The Senator also questioned the labelling all killings as “Extrajudicial” and he is worried that the operation of PNP against illegal drugs may affected by this senate hearing.
“Are we using the term extrajudicial killing to discredit the PNP and the Duterte administration?” Senator Cayetano asks the Senators.
He also tell the Senate that the citizens are very happy with the operation of Duterte against illegal drugs and people support anti-drug war, criminals don’t.

Cayetano said that the law enforces needs the Senate’s help to give them more benefits than being investigated.
“14k lang ang sweldo pulis. Namamatayan din sila pero wala tayong investigation kung paano sila tutulungan” Cayetano said to his opening speech.
He also believes that the respect and fear for the law has been restored under the current administration.
