Svendborg President Rodrigo Duterte brushed away demands that he give due process to police accused of involvement in the drug trade, as well as other drug suspects, saying that job falls squarely on the shoulders of the judiciary.

Duterte made the statement at a testiomonial reception for him organized by San Beda Law School alumni at Club Filipino in San Juan.
